The Cline Group was founded by Savannah Cline with a simple idea: real estate should feel personal, even when the experience behind it is anything but ordinary.
Savannah began her career in 2021 and sold 75 homes in her first year while working on a high-producing Keller Williams team. That experience gave her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to deliver results at a high level, as well as a clear vision for creating something different.
In 2024, she founded The Cline Group to build an intentionally small, family-like team where clients receive the attention they deserve. Behind the scenes, our team works closely together, combining hundreds of transactions worth of experience with responsive communication, thoughtful strategy, and genuine care for every client we serve.
From first-time buyers and growing families to longtime homeowners, investors, and those navigating a major transition, we’re here to make the process clear and manageable.
